Returns and Exchanges

We run a no questions asked return policy. If, within 5 days of delivery of the shipment, you realise that you aren’t happy for whatever reason: size, design, style, color, fit, you can contact us to return our products (as long as, of course, they haven't been worn). Please contact Natty within the mentioned time frame before you ship any products out. Please note that you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself, and bear the related costs. If you are exchanging the product, we will send you the replacement product free of charge. All refunds will be given as Natty Store Credit.

Terms & Conditions - 

- Not applicable on sale items.
- Zeezeezoo's Quality Assurance Team makes the final decision on whether a return can be accepted.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, and any accessories that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will refund any payment in the form of Natty Store Credit. 

Please note that every effort has been made to use images that most accurately reflect the garments. However, this is not an exact science and slight variations may occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Although we have various quality control measures in place, if the product is damaged, we will speedily make sure this issue is resolved and that you receive a perfect replacement. You must contact Natty within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment. Please send us a photo of the fault with your email so we can take the appropriate action.
