General Policy

All our products are handmade, so slight variations are expected. 
We recommend you read our care instructions for making your VARA product last long.
Accessories shown in the pictures are not part of the product listing. 

Returns and Replacement

We shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the customers. No returns/exchange is entertained unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. 

The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Natty within 24 hours of its receipt via care@natty.in with relevant images. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for exchange/return.

Please make sure items are returned new, unused and with all VARA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
