Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

As per our policy no cancellation of orders is allowed after placing the orders. However returns are accepted as per our return policy. Refunds, if applicable, shall be initiated within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the returns of goods as per standard policy. The returns it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days

Return Policy

We only accept returns if the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered to you, then let Natty know at care@natty.in within 24 hours of receiving the product with adequate photographs and we will replace it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
