Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love our products but if not we accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Time of delivery will be based on the courier service provider web tracking documentation.
Products with original packaging, unused, unwashed, and unaltered can be returned. Once your request is approved, we will share the address where we would like to courier the product. Please use a trackable, responsible service. Shipping cost for returns will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be given in the form of Natty Store Credit.
