Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges.

Each of our products goes through thorough quality checks. However in the rare case that the product shipped to you is erroneously damaged,  expired or not what you ordered, please notify Natty at care@natty.in within 24 hours of receiving the product along with photographs. We will do our best to offer you a replacement.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
