A few points, we hope you understand -

•	Each creation of Enoy is painstakingly handcrafted by the artisans. The beauty of handcrafted product is that no two products are the same. Since, they are not machine-made; each creation has its own distinct look and a unique character.
•	There may be a variation in colour, dimensions, etc. of the product, as it is handmade.
•	In case of wooden products, the marks/stains are the grains of the wood that are found naturally in wood and not defects. These grains will vary from product to product, giving each a distinct look.
•	The colours of the wood-lacquering products may chip on hard impact against surfaces. These products are fragile and best suited to keep indoors helping fading of the natural colours.
•	The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted.
•	All of Enoy's textile products are handcrafted using the finest fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
•	The colours of the delivered products might vary slightly from the one seen online.

Please note: We will not be able to replace the product for any of the reasons mentioned above.
