Return Policy

In case of a damaged product, you need to contact us as soon as you receive it on care@natty.in we need proof of the damage in the form of an image. We will create a return and once we receive the product, we will dispatch a new one.

Conditions - 
- Inform Natty within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once return is approved, pack it properly with all original attachments and parts. 
- Must be in unused and unworn condition. 
- Return within 1 week.

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
