Return & Shipping Policy

We ship all over India. Once the order is placed, we take 2-3 working days to ship your product.

All orders made within Mumbai can also be collected from our office.

Shipping rates are charged as per weight.

We try our best to save the environment wherever possible, so you will find a lot of reused material used in our packaging. If you receive a plastic courier envelope from us, it is used to protect the products inside-please recycle it while disposing of it. If you would like a special gift packaging or need overnight delivery, please email to Natty customer care with your requirement.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns or make exchanges unless the following:

If a product is damaged from our end: Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there is an issue with the unused item, kindly email us at care@natty.in with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving. We will either replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
We do not provide refunds.

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please contact Natty to cancel the order before dispatch.

We will give store credit on a case to case basis.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
