Store Policies

Return Policy

Customers are eligible to ask for a return or exchange of a PAIO shoe based on the below criteria:
1.	Product received of a wrong size/colour.
2.	Product received was damaged or had defects
3.	Shoe received was not as per order placed. 
4.	Unused items - The shoe must be returned to PAIO in the original condition it was received in along with any accompanying accessories or vouchers (if any) and the original invoice.
5.	Size exchange is allowed - Products with size issues or other fit issues can be exchanged for another size of the same product. If size is unavailable, you may choose another product from our collection in your size.
6.	Notification within 24 hours - In case you wish to return or exchange the product for any reason, PAIO should be notified by an email at within 24 hours of receipt. Please attach a photograph of the product.
7.	Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
8.	Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
9.     Cost of shipping the product back to us must be borne by the customers if the item does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
We at PAIO believe our shoes are crafted to meet the best possible requirements of our customers.
However, we are not perfect, and do get our shoes wrong at times! In such unfortunate cases, we would most certainly offer a complete refund to our customers.
A refund will be offered under these following circumstances –
1. Product received has been damaged entirely
2. PAIO, despite an attempt, was not able to fix the shoe in question
