Return & Exchange Policy
OYP products once sold cannot be exchanged or returned
Any OYP product if received damaged or with any defect should be informed to the Natty team with supporting images within 24hrs of delivery (please keep in mind all products are hand-painted so they aren't perfect and would come with strokes, colour may vary as well)
Customization Policy
If a product is requested to be customised please allow us 10 days to create it, post which it will be shipped.
General Policy
All OYP planters are handmade & hand painted, the beauty of the product is enhanced with each style being unique from the other, no 2 styles will look the same due to this nature.

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
