Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All our products go through rigorous quality checks prior to it reaching your doorstep. 

In the rare case, that a product has a defect or you've received an item other than what you ordered, we will swiftly process a replacement. Simply notify us via care@natty.in within 12 hours of delivery of the product along with photographic evidence to process your replacement.
