Returns and Replacement

We shall make all endeavours to deliver defect-free products to the customers. No returns/exchange is entertained unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Natty within 24 hours of its receipt via care@natty.in with relevant images. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for exchange/return.
