Care Instructions

All wooden products – 
•	Responsibly harvested, splinter resistant wood with water soluble child safe paints
•	EN 71 compliant
•	Wipe clean with a damp cloth
•	Refrain from soaking wooden toys in water as they may swell or deform. Keep away from humidity to avoid mould and store in a clean dry place
•	Do not expose to direct sun light as cracks may occur.

All cloth products – 
•	High thread count materials, non bleeding, child safe dyes
•	Spot clean with cold water and a mild detergent. Do not machine wash
•	Do not use bleach or any harsh chemicals.

All paper/ cardboard products –
•	Child safe dyes, high GSM paper and cardboard
•	Wipe clean with a dry cloth.

It is our endeavor to provide the best quality products, however in the oft chance that a wood component splinters or any other part gets torn or damaged with use, kindly discontinue use and discard it
We are continuously improving and improvising our product lines. Product images may differ slightly from the products received
Some products may have tiny components that could be choking hazards, please don’t let your child put them in their mouth
Never leave your child unattended while playing/ using the products.

Return and Replacements

We want you to be totally satisfied with our product. In the oft chance that a product arrives damaged, please reach out to us and will ship you a replacement. 

However, with majority of our products being curated playkits, we currently do not offer refunds. We would like to hear from you regarding the reasons to return any given product. 

If the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered to you, then let Natty know at care@natty.in within 24 hours of receiving the product with adequate photographs so we can replace it.
