Return and Exchange

The product can be exchanged for size within 7 days of it being delivered in unused condition, with the original label and tags attached. 

We cannot accpet return or exchange request for any customised products or products altered by the customer.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping the product to us at their own cost, however we will be happy to ship the new size back to you at no additional charge!

No Return or Exchange for Accessories

Any accessories such as headbands, bow-ties cannot be returned or exchanged.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
