Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns but if the items in the product you have received has manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been delivered to you, then let Natty know at care@natty.in within 24 hours of receiving the product with adequate photographs and we will replace it.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
