Returns & Exchanges:
I do not accept returns. I accept exchange for all products if customer is not satisfied. 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of Return/Exchange
Natty must be notified within 5 days of delivery of order. 
If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused and undamaged with original packaging and tags) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For exchange, the production timeframe would be same as original time required. Only 1 exchange is permitted.
Customer will bear the shipping charges associated with return/exchange.

Quality and Delivery Assurance
Customer can choose to get a full refund or replacement in follow cases:
If the product is not as per image/description provided on the website
If the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product is delivered
In above cases if customer wants a replacement and a replacement is possible, I will bear all shipping charges involved. In case of refund, it will be processed only after the product is received back in original condition.
