Return Policy

Kosha Yoga Co. is committed to ensure that you are delighted by your purchase. In the rare case that you are not, your order can be returned for exchange or Natty store credit. All shipping costs, freight costs and other transaction expenses will be charged or deducted from the refund amount. 

Your return will be accepted if your item: 
Is returned within 7 days of receipt
Has not been used or washed
Still has original packaging attached

To return your package, email Natty at care@natty.in

The following returns will not be accepted:
It has been over 7 days since you received your order
The item has been actively used or washed
The item has been altered or damaged after being received
Original packaging is missing
Items on sale unfortunately cannot be returned

Kosha Yoga Co. holds the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements during quality inspection.
