Return Policy

We accept return only if the piece has manufacturing defects. Please let Natty know at care@natty.in within 24 hours of delivery with adequate photographs to initiate the request.

Our policy lasts for 7 days. If  7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
