You ordered from us and product was not delivered in good condition?
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please leave a remark on the delivery record sheet and take pictures for proof.
You have opened the packaging and find that the product is damaged/ defective /not your size or not what you ordered?
We want to get to the bottom of this. Please contact Natty at email@example.com within 24 hours of the delivery of the product explaining the reason of return/exchange along with other key information.
What happens next?
We shall ask you to send us the product with the receipt in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return or exchange may not be possible.
What if its an exchange?
Please contact Natty at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of the delivery of the product explaining the reason of exchange. The exchange will be sent to your address unless specified otherwise. In exchange, if the required size/style is not available, you will be issued a Natty Store Credit in the amount of the product returned, not including shipping charges.
We do not offer returns unless for the above reasons.
Note: An item bought during sale with 50% discount can only be exchanged. In exchange, if the required size/style is not available, you will be issued Natty store credit.
