Return Policy

You can request for return or replacement of your product under the following conditions:
1.1 If a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product does not match the description mentioned in the website. If the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. 
All our products are handcrafted by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Thus, a slight variation in color tone, shape or size may occur between products. This is not a quality concern or manufacturing defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
1.2 Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit.
1.3 Every return or exchange request is treated as a unique case. 
We are unable to offer refunds if -
- The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
- There are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency
- The recipient refuses the package.
1.4 If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email Natty within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Reason for return or replacement.
- Image of the product highlighting the damage, in case found defective or wrong delivery.
1.5 Any requests for return or exchange made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered. Upon examination at our end, if we find a genuine defect in the product, we would be happy to consider your request and replace it with a same or different product at the same price. 

Alternately, on your request we can also refund the amount within 7-10 business days, right from the day the product has been picked up from the delivery location. Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your ordered product, we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, crediting the amount back, which will reflect in the source payment within 7-10 business days.
1.6 Please do not accept the item If you find that the package is tampered, and hand it over to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
