SHIPPING POLICY, RETURNS & REFUNDS

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. (all orders placed after 12 PM IST are processed the next business day). You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships! 

Shipping in Mumbai takes about 2-3 working days
Shipping outside Mumbai takes 5-10 working days depending on the city.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All personal care products are  non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
