Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept return if, within 5 days of delivery of the shipment, you realise that you aren’t happy for whatever reason: size, design, style, colour, fit etc. Please let Natty know at to initiate the request.

The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with the price tag intact. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be accepted.

Please note that you will need to arrange the return shipment yourself, and bear the related costs. If you are exchanging the product, we will send you the replacement product free of charge. Products in sets cannot be returned individually.

All refunds will be given as Natty Store Credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Although we have various quality control measures in place, if the product is damaged, we will speedily make sure this issue is resolved and that you receive a perfect replacement. You must contact Natty within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment. Please send us a photo of the fault with your email so we can take the appropriate action.
