Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

* If the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product was shipped to you, then let Natty know within 24 hours of delivery with adequate photographs and we will replace it.
* Returns will be processed only once we have made sure that the products are in good & sellable condition.
* If in any case you are not happy with the product please feel free to write to get in touch, we'll be happy to assist you and try solving your issue.

Covid-19 Update

Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
