Return & Exchange Policy
We request that you check the product at the time of delivery and inform Natty within 24 hours in case of damage/defect in your order.
All sales are final, unless the product you received is damaged. In such a case, we would be happy to refund or exchange it for you.
The items must be returned in their original packaging.
Replacement/exchange will be initiated only after we have received and checked the product.
Please Note : Natural characteristics of leather / natural materials is not to be considered as a defect.
