Returns and Exchanges
If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully send you a replacement or issue a refund. To request an exchange or refund, simply contact Natty with your purchase details within 2 days of the delivery f your product. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and service. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit only which can be used on any store on Natty. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that our products are handcrafted and hand enamelled. The colours and patterns may slightly vary from the one shown in the image.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
