Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns.
Our products are hand made and customized and are bound to have slight imperfections.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or hampered/damaged in transit then we are open to re-fulfil your order. Please let Natty know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with adequate photographs to initiate the request.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
