Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns only if the product you have received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered to you, then let Natty know at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the product with adequate photographs. To be deemed eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging.
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. We will inform you of the status of your refund after we have inspected the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Natty account in the form of Natty Store Credit.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
