Exchange or Refund
HIIH does not accept any exchange or refund requests as our products are handmade with love and care using the best quality resources & extremely skilled artisans. Our Products are all handcrafted so slight variation is expected.
Damaged Products
If your product unfortunately arrives damaged or broken condition, we 'd be happy to replace it for you. We request that you check the product at the time of delivery and inform Natty within 24 hours with supporting images.
