Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Customer can choose to get a full refund or a replacement if a wrong/damaged product is delivered by mistake. If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfil/exchange your order. Please let Natty know at care@natty.in within 24 hours of receiving it with adequate photographs to initiate the request.

Please note that the product received might vary slightly in colour from the image depicted on the website due to different screen display settings/calibrations and/or lighting conditions in the product photography. 

Some of the customised products would have the personalisation carried out through a manual process of Screen Printing/Heat Embossing/Engraving which might lead to slight variance in character alignment and spacing.
