Customer can choose to get a full refund or a replacement if the wrong product is delivered by mistake.
Please note that the product received might vary slightly in colour from the image depicted on the website due to different screen display settings/calibrations and/or lighting conditions in the product photography. Some of the customised products would have the personalisation carried out through a manual process of Screen Printing/Heat Embossing/Engraving which might lead to slight variance in character alignment and spacing.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
