As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in the best of condition. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending refund in the form of store credits or re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7 working days.
