Return & Exchange Policy
In case you are unhappy with the size of your product, please inform Natty within 5 days of the delivery of the product. The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any additional shipping charges would have to be borne by the customer.
We take every effort to check your purchase for any faults before sending them out to you. In the rare case that a product is faulty when delivered to you, please contact Natty within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photographs. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on return and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available otherwise issue a refund.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
