Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 days and delivered within 7-10 business days from date of order receipt. (Monday to Saturday are considered as business days, as per courier partners, except for public holidays)
Products that are Made-to-Order shall take longer than the above timeline (approx. 10 to 15 days to produce + shipping time)
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic like Covid-19 restrictions, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.
We do not ship to International Locations.
Returns & Cancellations
All our products are handmade, one piece at a time, which makes every piece unique. Due to this process, slight variations in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between products. These are not regarded as a defect and therefore, would not be eligible for return or replacement
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping service provider or the recipient refuses the package.
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
1. Incorrect Product delivered, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
2. Product received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we shall be happy to replace your product within 7 to 10 working days after receiving and satisfactory inspection of the returned item.
Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we would notify you, and thereafter shall process your refund as per our refund policy
In an unlikely situation, if you find that the package has been tampered/opened, we request you to please check the contents of the package in front of the delivery person. If everything is still in order, kindly accept the parcel and sign the P.O.D. (Proof of Delivery) else please report to us immediately on care@natty.in for next steps.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.
