All our orders are made to order and we don't maintain stock. We dispatch our orders within 7 working days from Manesar. Once dispatched, the tracking information with the expected delivery date will be shared with you via email.
Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges. We currently don’t have an exchange policy unless the product is delivered damaged. Exchange depends on sufficient proof of damage being caused from our end, so images and videos of unboxing and delivered product at the time of unboxing must be submitted to be eligible for exchange. Please contact Natty within 48 hours of delivery to notify us of the same.
Our team will assess the degree of damage and then offer a solution of either repair on site or replacement of the damaged product. If the order has to be sent back, kindly retain all the original packaging so it can be shipped back to the manufacturer without further damage.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
