Return and Refund
Return and exchange are accepted within 5 days of delivery. The product must be in original, unused condition with all accessories, tags and packaging included. Cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Refunds will be issued as Natty Store Credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product has arrived in a damaged/broken condition, we'd be happy to replace it for you. We request that you check the product at the time of delivery and inform Natty at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours with supporting images.
Our Products are all handcrafted so slight variation is expected. We recommend you read our care instructions for making your Logam product last long.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
