Shipping and Returns
We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on our products. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and keep the prices fair, all items are final sale.
All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with Natty on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures. Damage will be assessed by Intiki and a solution will be offered. The product will be replaced with the same product or if unavailable, the value will be refunded.
Please note, due to the Covid-19 pandemic and related safety and hygiene issues we may not be able to accept any returns or exchanges at this time.
