In the 4 years of Natty (Yes, it was our birthday on 5 th June, 2020!), we have supported and promoted small-scale, homegrown businesses - the amazing sellers on Natty. And now more than ever, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they need our unfaltering empathy and support.
During these unprecedented times, our aim is to continue to embody the thoughtfulness that Natty was built upon and carry on working around the clock to do the right thing for our customers, sellers, team members and all our partners so we can spread smiles at a time when we all need it the most.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I place orders on Natty?
Yes. Whether essential or non-essential, we are accepting all orders that bring a smile to your face! We are working closely with each of our sellers to make sure you can continue to get the things you love right to your doorstep.
Is it safe to receive packages from the sellers on Natty?
Please do bear with us if, after your order is placed, the seller is unable to fulfill it due to lockdown restrictions in their area, unusual supply chain issues or even being forced to suddenly close down in this tough economic environment. Rest assured, we will stay in touch with you with such updates and refund you fully for any such cancelations.
Our sellers and delivery partners are practicing the highest levels of sanitation and safety. In order to make deliveries as contactless as possible, we encourage prepaid orders. That said, cash on delivery is available if you really need it. To know more about receiving packages in general, please refer to the World Health Organization website.
Will my package be delivered in time?
Most of our sellers are small businesses and are trying their best to keep doing their thing and make awesome products for you. Our delivery partners are conducting increased sanitary checks while trying to maintain delivery timelines. However, despite best efforts, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Although this isn't the experience we would hope for our customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Keeping safety in mind, our sellers may not be able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. Rest assured, we will do our best to resolve each individual issue without compromising the health and safety of our customers, sellers and delivery personnel.
Why are so many stores on Natty 'On Vacation'?
Many sellers on Natty are unable to fulfill any orders at this time due to staff, production or supply chain related limitations. Rather than removing their products from Natty altogether, we have simply put their stores/products 'On Vacation' so you know that they will be available later. If you would like to be notified when a store is back from 'vacation', simply click on the 'Email me when they're back' link on the product page.
How are you looking after your team?
The Natty team have been busy working round the clock from their homes since March 2020. We are taking all measures to ensure our team members are supported and safe.
Aligned with the message from our Prime Minister, Natty is and has always been #VocalForLocal and a champion of #MakeInIndia. As the pandemic and consequent lockdown have slowed down the Indian economy, our consumption of locally made products will help kickstart things again and provide employment to our countrymen-and-women. So, if you are going to buy something, why not help boost the Indian economy along the way?!
What is Natty doing to make a difference?
We believe any contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a difference.

Apart from this, we at Natty have been doing little things to spread positivity through our website and social media handles. 'New normal' or not, we would like to continue to make birthdays, anniversaries, new baby celebrations, Mother's and Father's Day and festivals special for everyone.
